- If I am turned down by the bank, do I get a refund for the bank account service?
No, what we offer is a bank introduction service and assistance to complete the bank application.
The account opening policies of the banks we offer are known to us. We are required to know your company activity so that we can adequately advise you whether it meets the requirements. You are also required to provide all information and documents requested from the bank in compliance with their “Know Your Client” policy.
Finally, it is entirely in the banks authority to accept or reject applications for accounts with or without providing reasons.
We will have fulfilled our obligation once we have guided you adequately and informed you correctly.

- How can I pay for your incorporation and optional services?
We accept payment via secure online credit/debit card, credit/debit card by fax or phone, Wire Transfer, or by Weston Union or Money Gram (details are provided when any option is selected.)

- If I order and pat for a company but change my mind prior to receiving the documents can I get a refund?
Once we have received an order with the payment, we immediately start the incorporation process and incur costs, for this reason we will not be able to refund your payment.
